Terms of Service

By accessing or using PantryChef AI (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

PantryChef AI provides AI-generated recipes, meal ideas, and cooking guidance based on user-provided ingredients and preferences. The App is available on the web and through the Apple App Store and Google Play.

Recipes, ingredient lists, and nutrition information in the App are generated by AI and are provided for informational purposes only. PantryChef AI does not provide medical, dietary, or professional nutritional advice. You should consult a qualified professional for any medical, allergy, or dietary concerns.

You agree to:

• provide accurate inputs;
• use the App lawfully;
• verify all ingredients, measurements, and cooking steps before use.

PantryChef AI does not guarantee:

• accuracy of ingredients or instructions;
• suitability for allergies or dietary needs;
• safe cooking outcomes.

You are solely responsible for:

• checking allergens;
• following safe food handling practices;
• ensuring proper cooking temperatures.

• Paid plans (Sous Chef and Top Chef) are billed on a recurring basis at the price displayed at checkout.
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before renewal.
• You may manage or cancel subscriptions at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings, or through the billing portal in the App for web/Stripe subscriptions.
• Access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period after cancellation.
• Trials (if offered) convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends.
• Refund eligibility is subject to the billing platform's policies (Apple, Google, or Stripe) and applicable law.

You may delete your account at any time from the Account screen in the App, or by emailing service@thepantrychef.app. Upon verified request, your account and associated data will be deleted within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, tax, or regulatory purposes.

All content, branding, and software are owned by PantryChef AI. You may not copy, distribute, or resell without permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PantryChef AI is not liable for:

• injuries, allergic reactions, or food-related issues;
• inaccurate recipes or instructions;
• any damages arising from use of the App.

Use of the App is at your own risk.

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violations of these Terms.

PantryChef AI is not intended for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
